We typically work with a staged payment structure: deposit upon contract signing, progress payments at agreed milestones, and final payment upon completion.
In many cases, yes. We plan work to minimise disruption and maintain liveable conditions. For major renovations involving bathrooms or kitchens, temporary arrangements may be necessary.
All our work comes with a 7-year structural warranty and 2-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on products and appliances are passed through to you.
